These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aegis Health website at aegishealth.lk and your engagement with the care services provided by Aegis Corp (Private) Limited (company registration PV 00362629), which operates as Aegis Health ("Aegis Health", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or enquiring about our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our care services. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

3. Care Services
Engagement of our homecare services is subject to a separate Homecare Client Agreement with Aegis Corp (Private) Limited, which will be provided upon enrolment. Care services are delivered subject to:
- Completion of a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment by our Consultant Geriatrician
- Agreement to the care plan authorised by the Geriatrician
- Payment of applicable fees as set out in your Homecare Client Agreement
- Provision of accurate and complete health and personal information
Where your Homecare Client Agreement and these Terms differ, the Homecare Client Agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Aegis OS technology platform, is the intellectual property of Aegis Corp (Private) Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Aegis Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
