Executive Director
Ranga leads the strategic vision, business development, and ecosystem architecture of Aegis Health. A Chevening Fellow from Oxford, he brings expertise in healthcare strategy, digital health, and social enterprise — driving Aegis towards Sri Lanka's first integrated healthy ageing care model.

Dr. Sithira A. leads the development of the Aegis-EMR platform and digital health infrastructure. He combines clinical insight with technical expertise to build the technology backbone of Sri Lanka's first healthy ageing centre — from EMR design to data architecture.

Chrismarie shapes the physical and experiential environment of Aegis Health — bringing architectural expertise and strategic vision to the design of elder-friendly spaces that honour dignity, safety, and warmth. She also provides broader strategic advisory to the founding team.
