Dr. Sithira A. leads the development of the Aegis-EMR platform and digital health infrastructure. He combines clinical insight with technical expertise to build the technology backbone of Sri Lanka's only geriatrician-led elder care ecosystem, from EMR design to data architecture.

A Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at the Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Hospital, Ragama and the National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Dr. Chamara previously worked as a Speciality Doctor in Neuro Rehabilitation at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in the UK. As subject matter expert for neuro rehabilitation at Aegis Health, he guides how rehabilitation is planned and reviewed for older adults recovering from stroke and living with other neurological conditions.

Dr. Malwatta brings deep knowledge across adult and paediatric nutrition, obesity, bariatric and sports nutrition, and therapeutic lifestyle medicine, all fundamental to holistic geriatric care and preventive wellness strategy.

She brings deep expertise in multidisciplinary patient management, elderly nursing protocols, and nursing operations, consistently driving quality outcomes for ageing populations.

Vidhya leads physiotherapy and occupational therapy at Aegis Health, at home and in the studio. Ten years in practice across Nawaloka Premier Center, Aayu by Nawaloka Premier and Chiro House in Colombo, and founder of Physio Plus in Colombo 3. Her work spans geriatric, cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, with a focus on strength, balance and getting older patients back to the ordinary tasks of the day.

At Aegis Health he works on the practical side of independence: the daily tasks, routines and home adaptations that let older adults keep doing things for themselves.
