Sri Lanka's First Healthy Ageing Preventive Programme
About the Programme
Thrive 360 is a structured preventive health programme that uses validated healthy ageing screeners, evidence-based protocols, and scheduled specialist reviews to detect risks early and keep your loved one thriving.

Programme Design
Every Thrive 360 visit integrates three components that together deliver a complete, actionable view of health.
Specialist healthy ageing screening tools covering cognition, mood, mobility, nutrition, and function — benchmarked and tracked across every visit.
Evidence-based preventive interventions — vaccinations, medication review, fall-risk reduction, lifestyle counselling — tailored to each individual.
Comprehensive specialist-led consultations at defined intervals — quarterly or bi-annual — providing continuity, trends, and timely action.
What We Assess
Each Thrive 360 visit includes a battery of validated screening tools — covering every domain of healthy ageing.
MoCA, MMSE, and validated tools to detect early cognitive changes and dementia risk before symptoms are noticeable.
Depression Scale (GDS) and anxiety screening to identify and address emotional wellbeing concerns.
Timed Up and Go (TUG), gait analysis, and balance assessments to precisely quantify fall risk.
Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) to detect malnutrition, sarcopenia risk, and dietary deficiencies.
Barthel Index and IADL assessment to track functional independence and detect early decline.
Functional screening to identify sensory impairments that affect safety, social engagement, and quality of life.

Questions
Thrive 360 is designed for adults aged 60 and above — particularly those who are relatively well and want to stay that way, or those managing chronic conditions who benefit from structured, proactive monitoring. It is also ideal for families who want regular professional updates on their loved one's health.
A standard check-up focuses on physical findings and medical tests. Thrive 360 goes further — using validated healthy ageing screeners across cognitive, functional, nutritional, and emotional domains; an evidence-based preventive protocol; cross-visit trend analysis; and a personalised action plan. It is specialist-led and designed specifically for the needs of older adults.
A CGA is the gold standard assessment in healthy ageing medicine — a multi-dimensional evaluation of an older adult's medical, psychological, functional, and social status. It is conducted by an ageing medicine specialist with inputs from relevant specialists and forms the foundation of the Thrive 360 Complete programme.
