How It Works
No caregiver is placed until our geriatric team has seen the patient and approved the level of care.
Our geriatric team assesses your parent at home. This decides whether Eldercare is appropriate, and at what level.
We match a trained caregiver on skill, language and temperament, and introduce them before the placement begins.
A named supervisor visits, the geriatrician reviews, and daily logs reach you in Aegis EMR.
Why Aegis
The market sells caregiving as home nursing. We name it correctly and staff it correctly.
No placement without a screener. The clinical team decides, not a placement agent.
A named supervisor visits, reviews the work in person and is reachable by the family.
Daily logs, vitals and medication adherence in Aegis EMR, wherever you are in the world.
